I have reached an age where nothing that I believed to be true, was.



I have discovered my part in unconsciously and consciously creating a false reality and identity – based on conditioning, media, ideals, culture, my environment, and my desires.


Now comes the unraveling, the listening to and acting on my soul’s guidance, the Return to Self. Getting Older and Wilder is about removing the layers that have prevented us from being who we are meant to be.
